Construct a Colonial and put it up for sale immediately. Buy ‘500 Materials’ and all but one of the empty lots. Construct Colonials on each of the lots you own. When you accumulate $25,000 more, buy the last empty lot and construct a Colonial.

Build a Tudor and sell it immediately. Buy 1000 Materials, the Estate Blueprint, and 2 more workers. Build 3 Estates and upgrade 2 of them to 2-star.

Level 12 (Evergreen Park)

  • Task: 3 Ramblers at 3 stars - Own 2 Estates - no empty lots
  • my best score: 418

Build 3 Ramblers and upgrade them all to 3-star. This can all be done in parallel since all upgrades only take 1 Worker. Buy another worker while you are building the Ramblers since you will have enough cash for this already. Once all three Ramblers are 3-star, sell them all so they don't need Repairs. You do have to wait until they are all 3-star before selling or you will not get credit for reaching that goal. Buy the empty lot, demolish the Colonial, and buy 500 Materials. Build an Estate and buy 250 Materials. Build the other Estate.

  • Task: Own 2 Colonials - Own 2 Tudors - Own 3 Estates
  • my best score: 379

Buy a Worker and build an Estate to sell. Buy 1500 Materials and the rest of the empty lots to build. Build your 2 Colonials, 2 Tudors, and 3 Estates.

Level 15 (Evergreen Park)

  • Task: Money: $2,000,000
  • my best score: 260

Buy an extra worker so you can build Estates. Build an Estate and sell it. Keep on buying any lots without Estates, demolish the smaller houses, build Estates, upgrade them to 2-star, and sell them. Try to keep them as long as you can to generate rent for Material costs, but sell them once your gains will reach 2M.
