New "Windows Live" style generic LTP badges

These have replaced the old style games for some time. This set of badges resembles the visual theme of some Windows Live applications.

The badges are less varied than any other sets. Each badge contains a big ball with a star in the middle. The level 1 badge contains nothing else. The higher level badges have little stars that fly out of the ball when the badge's animation is shown. The number of little stars is one less than the level of the badge - the level 10 badge has 9 little stars.
