Mahjong Solitaire is a game where tiles are stacked into a pattern and must be removed by matching them.

Generally, a tile is "free" if it has no other tiles on top and either its left or right side is empty. There are usually two pairs of each tile on the board (the "plant" and "season" tiles are counted as a single kind of tile each). Matching the wrong piece may eventually lead to a situation where there are no moves available.

Note that this game has nothing to do with the real Mahjong except the tiles. And it's definitely not spelled "Mahjongg".
