There are 2 keys to this game. First is to get the most money out of your customers. The easiest way to do this is to be fast. But you can also watch the meter on the left side of the screen. Right before it is full, click one of the snacks on the bottom of the screen to increase your customer satisfaction.

Level 1 has 2 customers. Use both Chocolates. (You will automatically start each round with 2 chocolates. So don't worry about buying more). Level 2 through 4 have 3 customers. Use Chocolates on the first 2 customers. The higher priced jewelry will show up first. Level 5 and 6 have 4 customers. Again use Chocolates and Coffee on the first customers with the higher priced jewelry. Level 7 through 10 have 5 customers.

Second is to get the most tokens possible. I was messing around to see what gave you more tokens. At first I thought it would be making bigger matches (4 or more gems). But as it turns out, speed is the key. On Level 1, I just went for the quickest matches, not worrying about combos or anything, and I ended up getting 15 tokens. That and the bonus, let me buy the 30-token jewelry after Level 1. So here's what I did after each level:

  • 1 - Buy 30-token Jewelry
  • 2 - Buy 25-token
  • 3 - Buy 20-token
  • 4 - Buy 15-token and 1 coffee
  • 5 - Buy 2 coffees (don't buy the 10-token jewelry yet. Level 6 only has four customers, so you'll lose points if you buy it now)
  • 6 - Buy 10-token and Coffee
  • 7 through 10, just keep buying coffee.

On Level 10, you need to use up all your extra lives. You do this by not reaching your money goal for the level. You still need to sell each piece of jewelry, but when you get close to the goal, keep hitting the hint button. This will take down the customer satisfaction and they won't pay a lot of money.

Above is the optimal game. Obviously that won't happen all the time. So just remember to buy the best jewelry you can on each level (except for Level 5 as described above).

Alternate Level 10 strategy

If you are not that good at the game, you are likely to miss the level goal on level 10 anyway without effort, as long as you don't give chocolate and coffee to your customers. So using your first 3 lives, go for the tokens on level 10, and when you are prompted to retry the level, spend your tokens on coffee. This way, for your last life you'll likely have 4-5 coffees ready (you can use the chocolates if you didn't get 5 coffees). Now watch the jewelry meter closely, and give chocolate/coffee when it's about to fill up, but better click early because if the food doesn't reach the customer before the jewelry is complete, you'll have wasted the food. So by using food on all 5 customers you can get a fairly high score for your last life.

Additional Info

Chocolates bought with tokens do not get added to the total chocolates you have in the next level so it is a waste to buy them.

Clicking and dragging a column/row of gems and letting go before a match is made or trying to drag a column/row with a cracked gem reduces the customer satisfaction by around $50 each time.
