Gameplay information
Paradise Island 2 is divided into 10 rounds. In each round, a random category is picked, and 2 disciplines are played:
- A board full of word fragments is shown. You must make words from the fragments.
- Words with jumbled fragments appear. Your task is to swap fragments to recreate the original words.
Tips
The categories and most of the words match those of Paradise Island. However, there are some differences. Notably, the fragmentation of words is no longer limited to syllables.
Try to collect as many flashing fragments as possible. In the second discipline, if a swap would complete two words at once, deliberately shuffle one of the words so you can get a flashing fragment in both. Getting a flashing fragment gives you 10 times the points you would normally get for the word.
