General Tips and Information
Carefully study the colored categories in the pyramid and work out the path you wish to take.
Try to select a path that includes subjects you feel confident about answering.
If you are sure of an answer go 'all-in' to maximize your winnings.
If you have the slightest doubt about an answer save some money – just in case you are wrong!
Trivia Gems has different categories, but not all categories appear in every game.
You have one minute to answer a set of three questions per round. Be careful to click go! Otherwise it might happen that you chose all answers but don't get any points when the time's up.
In between the steps there's sometimes a Brain Buster round. You can spin up to three times, but the prize amount decreases with every spin. Questions will only be choosen from the categories of your current game.
In between the steps there's sometimes also a Gem of a Question round. Questions and answers are most likely to be found in the list below.
The more questions you answer correctly, the better your IQ bonus which gets added to your score once you reach the top of the pyramid.
The more questions you answer correctly in a row will increase your streak bonus which will also be added when you successfully reach the top.
For the 5 Power Gem questions (the bonus round after you have reached the top of the pyramid) there's no time limit, so take your time and google! ;-)
Some questions, however, can also be found in the list.
Tip for ML10
In the first step bet 2000 to a question that will be answered incorrectly, and 1000 to the other two, but answered correctly. That way, you won't climb up though you will have a 2 streak (2000 points) and 0 for the answers. From there, answer all questions correctly betting the maximum. At the end, the streak is 75,000, IQ 28,500 and you can get up to 168,000 for the answers. With a total of 271,500, you double it and get a final score of 543,000.
To get the maximum you have to be lucky: get 30,000 in the brain buster and get the power gem in the last step. If you get 22000 in the brain buster and the power gem too soon, your score will be 487,000. Check that you get the 75000 streak bonus, that's all you have to worry about.
