Getting ML10
In this game getting ML10 is surely challenging. It took me a decent amount of games trying different kind of strategies before I finally got it. With the strategy below I now can get ML10 worthy scores most of the time. The strategy is based on Endless mode. For the sake of clarity, I numbered the seats 1 to 8 as shown in the image.
Then I start doing this list of activities in the exact order as written here.
- place the people in the queue as much as possible on a seat which is their likings. If you can't honor all preferences, seat the people you can't match last.
- pick up the present from seat 8 & 7, and bring them to the married couple
- pick up 2 appetizers and give them to 8 and 7
- pick up the presents from 6 and 1, and bring them to the married couple
- pick up 2 appetizers and give them to 6 and 1
- pick up the presents from 2 and 3, and bring them to the married couple
- pick up 2 appetizers and give them to 2 and 3
- pick up the presents from 4 and 5, and bring them to the married couple
- pick up 2 appetizers and give them to 4 and 5
- pick up 2 dinners and give them to 7 and 8
- pick up 2 dinners and give them to 6 and 1
- pick up 2 dinners and give them to 2 and 3
- pick up 2 dinners and give them to 4 and 5
- pick up 2 cakes and give them to 7 and 8
- pick up 2 cakes and give them to 6 and 1
- pick up 2 cakes and give them to 2 and 3
- pick up 2 cakes and give them to 4 and 5
While the people are eating their cake, start looking for the best way to fill your tables for the next round, and as soon as seats come available put the people there. You don't have to wait for all people to have finished their cake before bringing the gifts and returning with the appetizers. Just don't start with the dinners if not everyone has an appetizer, otherwise you will miss out on the combo bonuses.
In between you will have to keep an eye out for disasters, click on them as soon as you spot them.
When you have an upgrade option, choose a food upgrade option if available (more points), if not upgrade the waitress or the chef. The other options are not useful here.
Why is this strategy a good one? Well... it works for me, but timing is of the utmost importance here. Using this order saves time waiting for the food to appear and the clockwise movement seems somehow natural. I hope this will help getting ML10 for other people as well.
